Our Total Care managers relieve much of the stress, physical and time demands typically placed on family members who are trying to care for an elder by allowing them the freedom to get back to their own life with the assurance that their family member is receiving the best possible professional care. Family members have the option to be involved in as little or as much of the process as they want or have time for. Throughout the term of care we provide detailed written updates that help family members stay informed and involved in the individuals care plan.
